Director
Akshay Nichkawde is the director of A N Global Australia Pty Ltd, trading as Phoenix Compliance Management. As a young and ambitious entrepreneur, Akshay has dedicated himself to the Vocational Education and Training sector and provides strategic advice to businesses big and small. Akshay holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Economics and leads a successful team in providing professional services to his clients.
Akshay continues to push for the integration of technology and the improvement of practices into the learning space to enhance the quality of learning outcomes for students and the training community.
Chris Stephens MBA (Tech Mgt), BSc (Hons)
Director
Chris has been in quality assurance since 1972 and consulting in the VET sector since 2003. He has run a variety of businesses at the level of Quality Manager and senior management roles. He has been involved in the setting up and development of a large number of RTOs on the East coast of Australia.
Chris has an MBA in Technology Management from Deakin University and is an experienced Quality Auditor. He recently has worked as an Expert Witness in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal for RTOs facing regulatory shutdown with much success.
